Ingredients

 
2 or more (to taste) fresh or canned pickled Jalapeno peppers, minced
 
2 medium-sized tomatoes, minced
 
1 small onion, grated
 
2 teaspoons minced fresh coriander leaves
 
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Directions

Remove stems from peppers. In small bowl, mix all ingredients.
Use as dip for tortillas or serve as condiment with meat, poultry, or eggs.
