Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 1/2-3 pounds fresh ripe tomatoes, seeded, if desired, and diced | ||
| 1 red onion, coarsely chopped | ||
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| 2 green or yellow bell peppers, coarsely chopped | ||
| Cilantro | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 jalapeno pepper or chipotle chile, seeded and finely chopped | ||
Directions
Combine all the ingredients, cover, and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
