Ingredients

 2 1/2-3 pounds fresh ripe tomatoes, seeded, if desired, and diced
 1 red onion, coarsely chopped
 Garlic4 Clove (5gm), chopped
 2 green or yellow bell peppers, coarsely chopped
 Cilantro1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Cayenne pepper1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Lime juice2 Tablespoon
 1 jalapeno pepper or chipotle chile, seeded and finely chopped

Directions

Combine all the ingredients, cover, and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
