Directions

GETTING READY
1.Sterlize the jars and seals by keeping them in boiling water for some time.

MAKING
2.Drop the tomatoes in a pan of boiling water for 30 to 35 seconds.
3.Take out the tomatoes and put them in ice water immediately.
4.Peel the tomatoes and take out the bad part.
5.Cut the tomatoes in big pieces.
6.Add garlic, salt and cumin, jalapeno mix and bring it to boil.
7.After it comes to a boil add cilantro.
8.Add onions and let it simmer for 10 min.
9. Remove a cup of liquid if you want a thick sauce.
10.Strain the salsa into the sterilized jar.
11.Seal it tighten the seal .
12.Place the jar in the water bath for 15 minutes.

FINALIZING
13.Let it sit for 24 hrs to seal.
14.If it does not seal keep it in fridge or in the pantry for future use.

SERVING
15.Serve with tortilla chips.
