Directions

MAKING
1. FOR SAUCE
In a bowl, pour sweet chili sauce and add rice vinegar. Tip in the salt, cucumber, cilantro and mix well.
2. FOR SALMON
Sprinkle salt and pepper over salmon fillet. Broil it in the oven for 10 minutes or until done.

SERVING
3. Serve the Salmon and Thai sweet chili sauce with fresh fruits and corn on the cob.
