Directions
Place salmon in a large frying pan; sprinkle with salt, then cover with bay leaf, onion, and the lemon slices. Add water to almost cover the fish; cover pan, bring water to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer about 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve salmon on a heated platter with Mustard-Dill Sauce separately to accompany the fish.
