Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
6 salmon steaks, 1/2 inch thick
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dillseed
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
Heat butter in cooker and lightly brown the onion.
Arrange the steaks in the cooker.
Add the lemon juice, dillseed, and water.
Close the cooker and set pressure regulator in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 10 minutes.
Cool at once.
Remove the salmon steaks from the cooker.
To the liquid left in the cooker, mix in the sour cream, stirring constantly.
When this sauce has thickened slightly pour it over the salmon steaks; serve at once.
