Salmon Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
4 salmon steaks, 200 g each, cleaned
Marinade
1 lime, sliced
15 mL 1 tbsp lime juice
25 mL 2 tbsp corn oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
4 small green onions, thinly sliced
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 bay leaf
1 sprig thyme, chopped pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine the ingredients for the marinade, then marinate the salmon for 2 or 3 hours.
Drain the salmon (set aside the lime for later decoration) and grill them in the pan for a few minutes on each side.
Brush the salmon with the marinade while cooking.
Avoid cooking for too long - the salmon must stay soft.
Garnish the salmon with the lime and serve.
