Salmon Squares Recipe
Ingredients
| Mixed vegetables | 14 Ounce | |
| 2 crumbled hamburg rolls | ||
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salmon | 15 1/2 Ounce | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion, salt, pepper | ||
Directions
Spread drained vegetables in a greased square baking dish.
Crumble rolls into a bowl with the milk.
Empty in salmon and juice.
Mash bones and salmon against the bowl with a fork.
Add eggs, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Beat a few seconds, then season with onion salt and pepper.
Spread over vegetables evenly and bake at 375F (190C) for 30 minutes or until set.
