Directions

Open and drain the salmon.
In a bowl, remove bones and yucky stuff from salmon.
Add onion, mayonnaise, cucumber dressing, black pepper, basil, and dill weed to the bowl.
Mix the ingredients well, cover.
Chill for an hour.
Make sandwiches.
Cut the sandwich as desired.
Place stacks on a plate.
Garnish with tomato slices.
Top with parsley.
