Salmon Puffs Recipe
Ingredients
| Salmon | 2 Cup (16 tbs), cooked | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Eggs | 3 Small, separated |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 375F degrees
2.Also finely chop salmon
MAKING
3.Place the salmon and add salt, pepper, crumbs and lemon juice
4.Also add beaten egg yolks and mix thoroughly
5.Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites
6.Now place it in greased custard cups
7.Now set it in a pan of hot water
8.Bake for 30 minutes
9.Once baked completely, unmold on a hot platter and garnish each with a sprig of parsley

10.Serve with cheese spread
