Salmon Loaf With Green Pepper Recipe
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt pepper
1/2 pound canned salmon, flaked
3/4 cup cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons green pepper, chives or parsley
Directions
In a bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Mix together all ingredients, pour into buttered casserole.
Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
Serve with Drawn Butter Sauce
