Salmon Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
1 pound can salmon, drained, reserving liquid
1/3 cup salmon liquid
1 cup bread crumbs
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten.
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
Flake salmon.
Add salmon liquid and remaining ingredients.
Spoon into greased loaf pan.
Bake in 350°F toaster oven approximately 40 minutes.
