Ingredients

 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Flaked salmon2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup medium white sauce
 Half and Half1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 egg, lightly beaten
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Bread crumbs1 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 tablespoons butter or margarine Egg and Olive Sauce, if desired, or lemon wedges and tartar sauce

Directions

Add lemon juice to salmon. Add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs and butter. Combine well, but lightly. Pack lightly into buttered loaf pan and top with buttered crumbs. Bake about 30 minutes, or until set and lightly browned. Serve with creamed peas; with Egg and Olive Sauce ; or plain with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
