 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Flaked red salmon2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Medium white sauce1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Half and half1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Chopped celery1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Rolled bread crumbs1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Egg and olive sauce/Lemon wedges and tartar sauce1 Cup (16 tbs)

Add lemon juice to salmon. Add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs and butter. Combine well, but lightly. Pack lightly into buttered loaf pan and top with buttered crumbs. Bake about 30 minutes, or until set and lightly browned. Serve with creamed peas; with Egg and Olive Sauce ; or plain with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
