Directions

Drain salmon, reserving liquid.
Add sufficient milk to liquid to make 1 cup in all.
Remove skin, and flake salmon, mashing bones.
Combine all ingredients well, and turn mixture into small greased loaf pan.
Bake at 375°F. 1/2 hour or until loaf is nicely browned with crust on top.
Serve hot with suitable sauce—egg, parsley or cucumber, for example.
Loaf is also delicious chilled, sliced and served with potato salad or in sandwiches.
