Salmon Loaf Recipe

| Milk | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Chopped sweet pickle | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 |

Directions
Add sufficient milk to liquid to make 1 cup in all.
Remove skin, and flake salmon, mashing bones.
Combine all ingredients well, and turn mixture into small greased loaf pan.
Bake at 375°F. 1/2 hour or until loaf is nicely browned with crust on top.
Serve hot with suitable sauceâ€â€egg, parsley or cucumber, for example.
Loaf is also delicious chilled, sliced and served with potato salad or in sandwiches.
