Directions
1. On a plate,place salmon, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle black pepper, salt, and dill weed. Flip the salmon and repeat the process.
2. Cover with a cling wrap and chill for half an hour.
MAKING
3. In a skillet, heat oil, place salmon, sear for 5 minutes on each side.
4. Transfer to a plate, season with lemon juice and parsley.
SERVING
5. Serve hot with some green salad and rice.
