Ingredients

 
Salmon- 1 3/4 cups, flaked and cooked
 
Thick White Sauce- 1 cup
 
Salt and pepper- to taste
 
Cayenne- to taste
 
Lemon juice- 1 teaspoon
 
Crumbs and egg- as required

Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, combine salmon, white sauce, seasoning and lemon juice
2.Now chill the mixture and later shape it
3.Roll in fine crumbs, then in egg and again in crumbs
4.In a frying pan, fry in hot deep fat (380° F.) 3 to 5 minutes
5.Once fried completely, remove and drain
SERVING
6.Serve with a sauce of your choice or with garlic bread
