Salmon Crepes Recipe

2 tablespoons butter
 
2 tablespoons flour
 
1/4 teaspoon salt
 
1 cup milk
 
1 small can pink or red salmon,drained and flaked
 
8 warm crepes
 
Salad garnish, optional

Directions

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
Blend in flour and salt.
Mix well.
Add milk all at once.
Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Add salmon; heat thoroughly.
Spoon on crepes; roll up.
