Salmon-Cheese Spread Recipe
Salmon-Cheese Spread when combined with assorted raw vegetables and crackers tastes yum! The salmon cheese spread is way too easy to prepare and takes just a few minutes to brew one.
Ingredients
1 Can (16 Ounces) Salmon, Drained
1 Package (8 Ounces) Cream Cheese, Softened
2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Grated Onion
1 Teaspoon Prepared Horseradish
Directions
Remove skin and bones from salmon.
Put salmon in a medium mixing bowl, flake with a fork.
Add cream cheese, parsley, lemon juice, onion and horseradish, mix well.
Pack salmon mixture into a crock or other serving container.
Refrigerate, covered, until well chilled.
Serve with assorted raw vegetables and/or crackers.
