4 cups cooked noodles
 
1 (16 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
 
1 (4-ounce) can mushroom slices, drained
 
1 (10 1/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
 
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
 
1 (5 1/4 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
 
1 (17 ounce) can green peas, drained
 
1 cup coarsely crushed potato chips

Directions

In a deep, 2 1/2 quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole, combine noodles, salmon, mushroom slices, celery soup, celery, water chestnuts and green peas until well blended.
Heat, covered, on roast for 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through.
Stir occasionally.
