Canned Salmon Au Gratin Recipe
Ingredients
| Salmon | 2 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| 1 cup Basic White Sauce | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Bread crumbs | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Flake salmon; remove all skin and bones.
Combine with sauce; stir in lemon juice.
Put in greased baking dish.
Cover with bread crumbs; dot with butter.
Bake in 400°F oven 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika
