Salmon And Sausage Bake Recipe

| Milk/Light cream | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |

| Egg | 1 , well beaten | |
| Lemon juice | 1⁄2 | |
| Canned salmon | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Buttered crumbs | 14 Cup (224 tbs) |

Directions
With a slotted spoon, lift out the sausages and drain on paper towel.
To the fat in pan, blend in flour and a little of milk or light cream.
Add remaining milk or cream, stirring all until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
Add the seasonings.
Put beaten egg in a large bowl; pour in hot sauce, stirring.
Add lemon juice.
Grease 2 small individual casseroles.
Break up salmon in casseroles.
Pour over salmon and sprinkle crumbs on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
