Salmon With Mustard Dill Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Sour cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon sliced green onion | ||
| 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard | ||
| 1/3 cup plus 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice from Concentrate | ||
| 1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed | ||
| 4 (1-inch-thick) salmon steaks | ||
Directions
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, green onion, mustard, 1 teaspoon brand and 1/2 teaspoon dill weed.
Cover; chill.
In shallow dish or plastic bag, combine remaining 1/3 cup brand and 1 teaspoon dill weed; add fish.
Cover; marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.
Grill, broil or bake as desired, brushing frequently with marinade.
