Salmon with Herb Cream Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Salmon fillets | 4 , halved | |
| 1/4 cup Lemon Vinegar | ||
| 1 tablespoon savory seasonings Fish Blend | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Green onions | 2 , thinly sliced | |
| 1 teaspoon savory seasonings Cook Blend | ||
| 1 cup half and half or low fat yogurt | ||
Directions
Add water 1 inch deep in large frying pan.
Bring water to a boil over medium high heat.
Reduce heat to low.
Add vinegar and Fish Blend.
Carefully place fillets into poaching liquid.
Cover; gently poach fillets for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes and becomes opaque.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat.
Add onion and Cook Blend; saute 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
Gradually whisk in half and half.
Cook until sauce becomes thick enough to coat back of spoon.
