 Salmon2 1 Pound
 Teriyaki sauce2 Tablespoon
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), smashed
 Olive oil3 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Preheat barbecue at MEDIUM.
Slide knife along backbone of salmon tail.
Set outer piece of fish aside.
Slice along other side of bone and set second piece of fish aside €” discard piece containing bone.
Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over fish; let stand 15 minutes.
Place fish on hot grill (skin side down) and cook 14 to 16 minutes with cover.
Turn pieces twice, season lightly and baste occasionally.
