Salmon Stuffed Pike Fillets Recipe
Salmon Stuffed Pike Fillets is a sumptuous stuffed fish preparation. The first time I had this dish at my aunts place I found myself drowning in the lovely flavors of the dish. I got hold of this Salmon Stuffed Pike Fillets that day itself! You just have to try it!
Ingredients

| 4 bread slices, buttered on both sides, cut in squares | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| Pickles | 6 Small, chopped | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pinch of curry powder | ||
| Pinch of thyme | ||
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salmon | 7 1/2 Ounce, flaked | |
| 4 pike fillets | ||
| 1/4 lb (115 g) each | ||
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cheese | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cucumber | 1 , sliced | |
| Tomato | 1 , diced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
– Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
– In a bowl, combine all stuffing ingredients.
– Butter a baking dish, Sandwich stuffing between fillets, place them in the dish and add water and butter. Bake for 30 minutes.
– Pour cooking juices into a saucepan and reduce liquid by a quarter. Add cheese spread and pour this sauce over the fish. Garnish dish with cucumber slices and diced tomatoes, and serve.
