Salmon Stuffed Flounder Recipe
Ingredients
| Salmon | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Pepper white | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| 1 teaspoon chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed | ||
| 1 1/2 pounds flounder or sole fillets | ||
| 3 tablespoons dry white wine or chicken broth | ||
| Lemon-Dill Sauce | ||
Directions
1. Place salmon, white pepper and egg in food processor workbowl fitted with steel blade or in blender container. Cover and process until smooth; stir in dill weed.
2. If fish fillets are large, cut into 6 serving pieces; pat dry. Place about 2 tablespoons salmon mixture on center of each piece fish. Roll up; place seam sides down in square dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Drizzle with wine.
3. Cover tightly and microwave on high 8 to 10 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork. Let stand covered.
4. Prepare Lemon-Dill Sauce, serve with fish.
