 4-170 g salmon steaks
 Olive oil60 Milliliter
 Red wine30 Milliliter
 Lemon juice30 Milliliter
 Chives30 Milliliter, minced
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Cilantro30 Milliliter, chopped
 Butter60 Milliliter
 60 ml finely chopped pine nuts

Directions

Wash and pat dry the salmon, place into a shallow pan.
Mix the oil, wine, lemon juice, chives, garlic and cilantro together in a small mixing bowl, pour over steaks and marinate for 3 hours covered and refrigerated.
Blend the butter with the pine nuts, spoon onto waxed paper and roll.
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Grill the fish for 5 minutes per side, brushing with marinade.
Place onto serving plate, slice the butter and place a large dollop on each.
