Ingredients

 2 salmon steaks (7 to 8 oz. each) about 1 inch thick
 1 tablespoon reduced-calorie margarine
 Onion2 Teaspoon, finley chopped (Lemon Chive Sauce:)
 All purpose flour1 Tablespoon (Lemon Chive Sauce:)
 Dried chives1 Teaspoon (Lemon Chive Sauce:)
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon (Lemon Chive Sauce:)
 1/8 teaspoon dried summer savory leaves
 Dash garlic powder
 Pepper1 Dash (Lemon Chive Sauce:)
 Skim milk3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Lemon Chive Sauce:)
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon (Lemon Chive Sauce:)

Directions

Arrange salmon steaks on roasting rack with thickest portions toward outside of rack.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 7 to 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork, rotating rack once or twice.
Let stand, covered, while preparing sauce.
In 4-cup measure, combine margarine and onion.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or just until margarine melts.
Stir in flour, chives, salt, summer savory, garlic powder and pepper.
Blend in milk.
Microwave at High for 3 to 5 minutes, or until mixture thickens and bubbles, stirring 3 times.
Blend in lemon juice.
Serve with salmon steaks.
