Ingredients

 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Lemon pepper2 Teaspoon
 6 (5 oz.) salmon steaks
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon
 Lemon pepper1 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Onion powder1/2 Teaspoon
 6 thin onion slices
 Lemon slices3 , halved
 Dried tarragon1 Teaspoon
 Paprika1 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Dash

Directions

Place butter in 3-quart oblong glass baking dish.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 30 seconds until melted.
Coat bottom of dish with butter and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons lemon pepper.
Place salmon steaks in prepared dish.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, 1 teaspoon lemon pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
Place one onion slice and one lemon slice on each salmon steak.
Sprinkle with tarragon, paprika and salt.
Convection Bake at 325°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
