Salmon Steaks With Apple Sauce Recipe

| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Carrot | 1 , grated | |
| Shallots | 2 , minced | |
| Lemon | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| 2 tablespoons white vermouth | ||
| 2 tablespoons cider or apple juice with juice of 1/2 lemon | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Wipe fish clean with damp cloth.
Rub it with lemon, salt and pepper on both sides.
Oil bottom of clay baker.
Add: carrot, shallots, lemon.
Arrange steaks.
Moisten.
