Salmon Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| Salmon | 11 Ounce, skinned | |
| Low cal cream cheese spread - 1 cup | ||
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Lemo juice - 1 tbsp | ||
| Horseradhish mustard - 1 tsp | ||
| Fresh parsley - 2 tbsp, dried on paper towels, finely chopped | ||
| Melba rounds - 42 | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients barring the parsley and melba round well, with the help of a fork
2. Cover with cling film and refrigerate till chilled, say for an hour
3. On a serving platter, transfer the salmon mixture and form a mound; smooth the sides adn shape into a ball with the help of a rubber scraper
4. Sprinkle parsley all over the surface and press it all over so that it sticks
