Salmon Savouries Recipe
Ingredients
| Salmon | 125 Gram | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Celery | 1 Tablespoon, finley minced | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Chili Sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cucumber - Peeled and thinly sliced | ||
| Butter | ||
| White bread - Thinly sliced | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl, drain and flake the salmon and combine it with celery, mayonnaise, lemon juices and sauces.
2. Spread butter over bread slices and top half of them with thinly sliced cucumbers.
3. Smear salmon mixture over the bread slice.
4. Top the bread slice with another buttered bread to make a sandwich.
5. Press these breads firmly and trim off their crusts.
6. Cover the breads in greaseproof paper and chill them for several hours.
FINALIZING
7. Cut each sandwich into three parts and then halve each part into two.
SERVING
8. Serve the salmon savories after garnishing with a celery and parsley.
