Salmon Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 7 3/4-ounce can pink salmon, drained, flaked, and bones removed | ||
| 1/3 cup low-calorie mayonnaise-type dressing | ||
| Water chestnuts | 1 5 Ounce, finely chopped | |
| 1 tablespoon sliced green onion | ||
| Soy sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Bread slice | 6 | |
| Cherry tomatoes | 6 | |
Directions
In bowl combine salmon, mayonnaise-type dressing, water chestnuts, onion, soy sauce, and lemon juice; mix thoroughly.
Spread salmon mixture on bread slices.
