Ingredients

 CREAMY PARSLEY
 HONEY DRESSING
 3/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
 Honey1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 tablespoons buttermilk or plain yogurt
 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1/4 Teaspoon
 Lima beans package1 , frozen (SALAD)
 Zucchini2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (SALAD)
 Apples2 Medium, sliced (SALAD)
 Salmon1 Can (10oz), drained, flaked (SALAD)
 Spinach or lettuce leaves

Directions

In small bowl using wire whisk, blend all dressing ingredients.
Cover; refrigerate.
Cook lima beans as directed on package.
Drain; rinse with cold water.
Arrange lima beans, zucchini, pears and salmon on each of 4 to 6 spinach lined plates.
Spoon dressing over salads; garnish as desired.
