Salmon Salad With Pears Recipe
Ingredients

| HONEY DRESSING | ||
| 3/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Honey | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons buttermilk or plain yogurt | ||
| 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes | ||
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lima beans package | 1 , frozen (SALAD) | |
| Zucchini | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (SALAD) | |
| Apples | 2 Medium, sliced (SALAD) | |
| Salmon | 1 Can (10oz), drained, flaked (SALAD) | |
| Spinach or lettuce leaves | ||
Directions
In small bowl using wire whisk, blend all dressing ingredients.
Cover; refrigerate.
Cook lima beans as directed on package.
Drain; rinse with cold water.
Arrange lima beans, zucchini, pears and salmon on each of 4 to 6 spinach lined plates.
Spoon dressing over salads; garnish as desired.
