Salmon Salad Loaf With Mayonnaise Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 package lemon-flavored gelatin | ||
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salmon | 1 1 pound, drained, flaked | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water, vinegar, mayonnaise, and salt.
Beat well; chill till partially set.
Beat till fluffy; fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Chill till set.
Unmold on crisp greens.
