Salmon Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 envelope Knox sparkling gelatin | ||
| Cold water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Salmon | 1 Cup (16 tbs), flaked | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Bell pepper | 1/2 To taste, chopped | |
| 2 or 3 green onions, chopped | ||
| Olives | 2 Tablespoon, sliced | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Few grains cayenne | ||
Directions
Soak gelatin for five minutes in 1/4 cup cold water.
Place over boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Cool.
Add salad dressing and other ingredients.
Place in mold or 6 individual molds.
Chill.
Before serving top with Green Mayonnaise .
Serves 6.
