Salmon Salad With Caper Sauce Recipe
Ingredients

| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salmon | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Hard boiled eggs | 2 , chopped | |
| Stuffed olives | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Caper juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Large, grated | |
| 1 pint mayonnaise or slightly less | ||
| Worcestershire | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Hot Sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Horseradish mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
Melt over hot water.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Add dissolved gelatin and mold.
Serves 4 to 6.
