Salmon Salad Recipe

This simple salmon salad is made along with veggies. With added olives to it, the salmon salad is simple tossed with mayonnaise and chilled to mingle flavors. Served as desired, it makes a great accompaniment for homely meals.

Ingredients

 
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can salmon
 
2 cups shredded cabbage
 
1/4 cup diced celery
 
1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
 
1/2 cup mayonnaise
 
Lettuce leaves
 
Tomato wedges

Directions

Drain salmon, and flake with a fork.
Add cabbage, celery, and olives; stir gently, and fold in mayonnaise.
Cover and chill 2 hours.
