Salmon Romanoff Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg noodles package | 1 , cooked, drained | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salmon | 1 Can (10oz), drained, flaked | |
| Sliced mushrooms | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion flakes | 2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/8 teaspoon dried garlic pieces | ||
| Shredded Cheddar cheese or buttered bread crumbs | ||
| Paprika | ||
Directions
In 3-quart casserole dish, thoroughly combine noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream, salmon, mushrooms, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, Worcestershire, salt and garlic.
Heat, covered with glass lid, at medium 10 to 12 minutes, or until heated through; stir twice.
TO COMPLETE: Top with shredded cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
