1 package (8 oz.) medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
 
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
 
1 1/2 cups sour cream
 
1 can (16 oz.) salmon, drained and flaked
 
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
 
1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
 
2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
 
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1/2 teaspoon dried garlic pieces
 
Shredded Cheddar cheese or buttered bread crumbs
 
Paprika

Directions

In 3-quart casserole, thoroughly combine noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream, salmon, mushrooms, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, Worcestershire, salt and garlic.
Cook, covered with lid, at MEDIUM 10 to 12 minutes, or until heated through; stir twice.
Top with shredded cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
