Salmon Pinwheel Recipe Video
Ingredients
| Wild salmon | 8 Ounce, baked | |
| Cream cheese | 6 Ounce | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm), minced | |
| Red onion | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Sea salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Liquid smoke | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Walnut | 2 Tablespoon, toasted and chopped |

Directions
1. In a large bowl add in salmon, cream cheese, garlic, onion, sea salt and liquid smoke. Mix all the ingredients with hands.
2. Lay down a saran wrap over the counter top and place the salmon mixture. Wrap the mixture and give shape of a roll.
3. Place parsley and walnuts over the chopping board. Coat the salmon mixture with that and place over a plate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
SERVING
4. Serve Salmon Pinwheels with crackers.
