Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl add in salmon, cream cheese, garlic, onion, sea salt and liquid smoke. Mix all the ingredients with hands.
2. Lay down a saran wrap over the counter top and place the salmon mixture. Wrap the mixture and give shape of a roll.
3. Place parsley and walnuts over the chopping board. Coat the salmon mixture with that and place over a plate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve Salmon Pinwheels with crackers.
