Salmon Ring With Cucumber Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
| Salmon | 1 Can (10oz), drained, flaked | |
| Dry bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Green onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt Cucumber sauce | ||
Directions
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except Cucumber Sauce; mix well.
Spoon in 9" baking ring, or make your own by placing a 4 or 5-inch highglass, open end up, in 2-quart casserole.
