| Eggs | 2 , separated | |
| White bread slice | 2 1⁄2 (Crusts Removed) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chili sauce | 1 Tablespoon |

Directions
1. Bone and flake the salmon
2. In a saucepan, heta milk, butter and salt, add egg yolks and bread to it and cut into small pieces
3. Turn the heat off, add lemon juice and chili sauce and mix into the salmon well
4. Beat egg whites till stiff andfold into the salmon mixture too; place in a casserole and bake for half an hour at 350°F
