Salmon Patties Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 4 1/2-oz. cans salmon | ||
| Bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
Shape into patties.
Dip into additional beaten egg mixed with 1 tablespoon water and extra bread crumbs.
Fry in butter.
