Salmon Patties Recipe
Ingredients
| Carrot | 1 Small, shredded | |
| Onion | 1 Small, grated | |
| Sunflower seeds | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| 1 7-ounce can red salmon, drained and flaked | ||
| Dash of thyme | ||
| Dash of tarragon | ||
| Parsley | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon wedges (garnish) | ||
| Parsley sprigs (garnish) | ||
Directions
Combine the carrots, onions, sunflower seeds, and egg in a medium-size mixing bowl.
Remove any skin from the salmon, crush the bones, and add along with the salmon meat, thyme, tarragon, and parsley to the mixture in the bowl.
Stir until combined.
Form into patties.
Cook on a lightly oiled skillet, turning once, or broil until lightly browned and cooked throughout, 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
