Salmon Mousse Stuffed Tomato Recipe Video

Ingredients

| Flaked salmon | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Fresh lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon zest | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dill | 4 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 Packet | |
| Cold water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whipped cream | 3 Cup (48 tbs) |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Core the tomatoes.
MAKING
2.Mix together salmon, lemon juice and zest, mayonnaise, salt and dill in a large bowl.
3.Dissolve gelatin in ½ cup cold water and add to the salmon mixture.
4.Let it cool for 10 minutes.
5.Whip heavy cream until stiff and mix this into salmon one third at a time.
6.Fill the tomatoes with this mixture.
7.Alternately, a large ziplock can be filled with salmon mousse and chilled for 2 hours.
8.Cut one of the corner of the zip bag and stuff the tomatoes with the mousse.
SERVING
9.Serve as a cocktail dish.
