Salmon Macaroni Pie Recipe
Ingredients
4 beaten eggs
2 15-ounce cans macaroni in cheese sauce
1 16-ounce can salmon, drained, bones and skin removed, and broken into chunks
1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs (2 slices)
1 cup shredded sharp American cheese (4 ounces)
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
In large bowl stir together beaten eggs, macaroni in cheese sauce, salmon chunks, soft bread crumbs, shredded American cheese, and salt.
Turn mixture into a greased 10-inch oven-going skillet or a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° till set in center, 40 to 45 minutes.
Cut in wedges or squares; garnish each serving with a parsley sprig, if desired.
