Salmon Macaroni Bake Recipe
Ingredients
| Macaroni and cheese | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 3 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Hard-cooked eggs - 4 | ||
| Sockeye | 1 Can (10oz) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Lightly grease 1 1/2 qt casserole.
2 Preheat the oven to 350°F.
MAKING
3 In to the bottom of the prepared casserole, empty 1 can macaroni and cheese.
4 Using a fork, break apart into layer.
5 Dot the layer with mustard and half Parmesan cheese.
6 Add layer of 2 eggs, sliced or diced.
7 Drain salmon thoroughly and break into big chunks.
8 Remove the skin and bones.
9 Across the casserole, place the pieces in a strip.
10 Fill in on both sides with second can macaroni and cheese.
11 Sprinkle the top with cheese.
12 Cover and bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes.
13 Garnish the top with 2 remaining eggs, cut in quarters.
SERVING
14 Serve at once.
