Ingredients

 1/2 7-ounce package elbow macaroni
 Butter/Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 All purpose flour3 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Garlic salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Milk1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cream1 12 Ounce
 4 ounces sharp process American cheese, shredded
 Salmon1 1 pound, drained, flaked
 Eggs2 , beaten
 Soft bread crumbs1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter2 Tablespoon, melted

Directions

Cook macaroni using package directions; drain.
Melt butter; blend in flour and seasonings.
Add milk; cook and stir till thick.
Add cheeses, salmon, and macaroni.
Stir in eggs.
Pour into greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Toss crumbs in the melted butter; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350° about 30 minutes or till set in center.
