Salmon Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
2 15 1/2-ounce cans salmon, drained and flaked
2 cups fresh bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 small onion, grated
1 10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream-of-celery soup
1/2 cup water
2 large lemons, cut into wedges
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Generously grease 8 1/2" by 4 1/2" loaf pan. In medium-sized bowl, mix salmon, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, and 1/3 cup undiluted cream-of-celery soup; spoon intoloaf pan; press evenly into pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
2. To serve, invert loaf onto warm platter. In 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, heat water and remaining soup to boiling; pour over loaf.
